STEP TWO: Payment
To complete your preregistration,
pay your fees at any 7-11 ATM.
(see fee amounts below)
Last year there were some
difficulties in sending payment through online banking and directly at
the bank counter. This was due to having to input the account name in
katakana. Bank ATMs also caused some problems.
For these reasons, we
recommend using 7-11 ATMs to make the payment. There, you can input the
account name in roman characters. The menues can also be changed to
English before you start your transaction. If neccessary you can ask
the clerk to help
you with this. Your personal information will not be revealed since you
change the machine to English mode before you input your information.

Although we would like you to
deposit your pre-registration fees into the Pan-SIG 2010 account as
soon as possible, since receipts will be issued at the conference with
the dates of May 22 or May 23 on them, university faculty generally
have no problem getting their fees reimbursed.
Please note that this account is
held in the name of the JALT Directory of Treasury. For the duration of
the Pan-SIG 2010 conference the account will be administered by Oana
Cusen, the treasurer for Pan-SIG 2010. This account is moderated by
JALT and will be used exclusively for Pan-SIG 2010 purposes until the
final accounting for the conference is completed.
