Here is a list of some hotels near the Pan-SIG conference site.

Two of the hotels, Hotel Sunrise and Higashihiroshima City Hotel, both conveniently located near Saijo station which is a 15-minute bus ride from Hiroshima University, must have 30 or more people sign up to get the group rate.

If you choose a hotel listed under the Hotels Combined website, you simply send them an e-mail indicating that you attended the Pan-SIG 2012 conference, and after the conference, they will refund 10% of your hotel rate to your PayPal account.

Each participant is responsible for his/her own hotel reservations. The committee WILL NOT book a hotel for you.

People coming in the bus from either Hiroshima City Bus Center or JR Saijo Train Station should get off at the West Entrance =  広大西口
