Getting to Toyo Gakuen University (Hongo Campus) for PanSIG 2018

Shinkansen to Tokyo Station

You can get to Tokyo by Shinkansen (bullet train) pretty easily. Get off the Shinkansen at Tokyo Station, and it's a short walk to the Marunouchi Line. Take the Marunouchi Line to Hongo San-chome Station (4 stops, 7 minutes). From there, it's a 5-minute walk (about 500 meters) to Toyo Gakuen University (Hongo Campus). Haneda Airport

If you're flying, Haneda Airport is closer than your other choice, Narita Airport. From Haneda Airport, catch the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station (4 stops / 15 minutes). Walk about two minutes to the Hamamatsucho Station. You have a couple of options here, but the simplest route will be to take the Hamamatsucho Station's Keihintohoku Line to Tokyo Station (4 minutes nonstop), and then it's a short walk to the Marunouchi Line. Take the Marunouchi Line to Hongo San-chome Station (4 stops, 7 minutes). From there, it's a 5-minute walk (about 500 meters) to Toyo Gakuen University (Hongo Campus). Narita Airport

If you're flying, Narita is a bit further away than your other choice, Haneda Airport, though the route can have fewer transfers. One of the more convenient routes is to take the JR Narita Express to Tokyo Station (54 minutes nonstop), and then it's a short walk to the Marunouchi Line. Take the Marunouchi Line to Hongo San-chome Station (4 stops, 7 minutes). From there, it's a 5-minute walk (about 500 meters) to Toyo Gakuen University (Hongo Campus).
