Free childcare service

A free childcare service will be provided for children between the ages of 3-12 years old. It will be available from 9:00-12:30 and from 13:30-16:30 on Saturday, May 13 and Sunday, May 14. Care will be provided by experienced young childminders. There is a room set aside with internet accessibility, a computer, a DVD drive, screen, and speakers.

We request that parents take responsibility for their children during the lunch break to give the volunteers a break and to supervise the meal for their child(ren). We recommend that parents provide lunch for their children because there will be little choice on or near the campus, apart from the adult meals being served at the cafeteria. (The other cafeterias and convenience stores on campus are shut on the weekend.)

The university and the conference cannot accept liability if anything should happen to the children. We are offering this service on the understanding of the parents that they accept full liability. Parents are requested to fill out this form to confirm this. The deadline for applications is Friday, May 5, 2023.
